We provide remote assistance for most IT configuration and software concerns as highlighted below. To schedule a session, please complete the form below, and we will provide you with a unique session ID.
Security & Preparation:
Access: By joining the session, you grant us temporary access to your PC. You can monitor our technician’s actions in real-time and may terminate the connection at any time.
Privacy: All sessions are conducted via secure protocols. We cannot access your computer without your explicit consent or after the session has ended.
Backups: Please save and back up all important documents, as a system reboot may be necessary.
Credentials: Ensure your login details are ready in case a restart is required.
Payment: Please note that payment must be processed before the support session begins.

On-site Support Services
We provide On-site assistance for more complex IT issues or digital complications that can't be handled remotely. On-site is charged at a higher rate of £50 per hour.
